Sales taxes are only applied to California residence due to the nature and founding location of our business.
Shipping
At eSurfboard Racks, our shipping rates are straight and simple. We use flat rate shipping of $7.99 on all order and free shipping on orders over $99 in the continental US. All items ship via US Priority, Fed Ex or UPS ground shipping 2-7 business days with a tracking number.
*Prices are for continental US only. States and territories outside of the continental US, including Alaska & Hawaii are subject to additional fees.
*International Orders 6-10 business days - Shipping charges can vary. In order to obtain an accurate shipping quote please send us your address via email and we will get back to you ASAP with a shipping quote.
Return / Refund
eSufboard Racks is dedicated to making sure you have the exact surfboard rack that will serve you best. Therefore, we offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition. Due to multiple shipping locations please contact us for a return address. Currently, buyer is responsible for paying for shipping back to us. However, we do not charge a restocking fee. Once we receive your return, your money will be promptly returned.
